This item covers short term accommodation (respite) on weekday nights, at standard intensity. It is claimed per hour of support and is listed in Schedule 1 (Disability Support Workers), Disability Support Worker Level 1. When to use 01_205_0115_1_1

These rules are from the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26, version 1.1 (valid from 24 November 2025), which the NDIS pricing page (current as of 24 September 2026) still lists as the claiming guidance alongside the 2026-27 Pricing Schedule. The 2025-26 document describes the older STA structure (daily bundled items such as 01_058_0115_1_1), and lists numbers 01_200–01_205 as additional-hours items for 1:1 self-care on top of an STA day rate. The 2026-27 schedule reuses those numbers as the main hourly STA items, and splits STA into hourly support items by time of day, a sleepover item and daily accommodation items, so only the general rules below are sourced; check STA claiming with the NDIA until the 2026-27 guidance is published.

WhenWeekday night: Mon–Fri, across midnight or before 6am
  1. The support is a weekday night support: it starts at or before midnight on a weekday and finishes after midnight, or starts before 6:00 am on a weekday and finishes that day, and it is not a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday or night-time sleepover support.
  2. What decides the item is when the support is delivered to the participant, not the worker’s shift under their award or agreement. Work out the day first, then the time of day.
