Help with shopping and essential errands usually sits in your Core Supports budget under Assistance with Daily Life. You can use this flexibly to set how often and how the support happens. We support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed arrangements, and we do not guarantee funding outcomes.
The 2025-26 price cap
$56.98/ hour weekday
We charge at or under the cap and show it on every invoice. See the price guide.
Can a worker shop on my behalf if I can't go out? +
Yes. A worker can do essential shopping for you and bring it home, or you can choose to come along and lead the trip yourself.
Do you only help with groceries? +
No. We also help with everyday errands tied to running your household, such as the post office, banking and prescription pickups.
Can I pay for my own purchases? +
Yes. You stay in control of your own money and purchases; the worker supports the trip, not your spending decisions.
Can the same worker come each week? +
Where possible we keep a consistent worker so they learn your preferences, brands and regular shops.
