How it works under your plan
Personal Care & your NDIS funding.
Personal care is funded from your Core Supports budget under Daily Personal Activities, so you can direct it flexibly across the supports you need most. Because it sits in Core, many participants can adjust how and when they use it as their routine changes. We work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed arrangements, and we do not guarantee funding outcomes.

$70.23/ hour weekday
We charge at or under the cap and show it on every invoice. See the price guide.
Wherever possible we match you with a regular worker so you build trust and consistency. You can choose your worker and change them if the fit is not right.
Will workers help with intimate care like showering and toileting? +
Yes. Our workers are trained to provide showering, toileting and continence support in a private, respectful way that protects your dignity.
Can I get personal care early in the morning or late at night? +
We support morning and evening routines, including help getting up, dressed and ready or settled for bed. Overnight support can also be arranged.
Are your personal care workers screened? +
All workers hold NDIS Worker Screening clearance and deliver support under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards framework.
Do you support medication? +
Workers can prompt and remind you to take medication as agreed in your support plan, working within their scope and your routine.
