Claim the code that matches the support category and registration group of the supports you will deliver: claims need to be made against the support item that aligns with the service.

Who can claim it

A provider can claim the fee when it helps the participant put their NDIS plan in place and has an agreement to deliver at least 20 hours a month, for three or more consecutive months, of:

  • personal care supports: Assistance with Daily Life supports from providers in registration group 0107 (daily personal activities) or 0104 (high intensity daily personal activities); or
  • participation supports: Social, Economic and Community Participation supports from providers in registration group 0125, 0136, 0104 (for community access or group supports) or 0133 (specialised supported employment).
  • Each provider can claim one establishment fee per participant across all plans, even if it delivers through more than one registration group or support category.
  • More than one provider can claim an establishment fee against the same plan, as long as each meets the conditions.
  • The fee is for the otherwise non-claimable costs of setting up arrangements with a participant. Registered providers cannot add other fees, such as gap fees, unless the Pricing Arrangements allow them.
