Build a support budget for one participant from their plan dates. Rosters are costed day by day, so public holidays, the 1 July price change and each funding period are counted for you. Email yourself the breakdown, export it to Excel, print a schedule of supports for each provider, or ask TQN Care to deliver the supports.
1. Plan details
Use initials or your own reference rather than the participant’s full name. Funding periods apply to new and reassessed plans from 19 May 2025 and are usually 3 months; check the participant’s plan.
2. Add supports
Enter a usual week. Day = 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, evening = 8:00 pm to midnight, night = shifts that cross midnight. Public holidays in the plan dates are charged at the public holiday rate automatically.

Funding periods
Costs use the NDIS price limits for each date (2025-26 before 1 July 2026, 2026-27 from 1 July 2026), or your agreed price if lower: the most a provider can charge NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants. Core funding is flexible across Core supports but cannot be moved to Capacity Building or Capital. This is an estimate for planning; the participant’s NDIS plan and service agreements decide what is funded and charged.
