Full-time and part-time employees get 250% of their minimum hourly rate and casuals 275%. From 1 December 2026 that is $82.98 and $91.27 an hour for home care – disability care level 2 pay point 1.
$163.46 an hour at the national rate (01_012_0107_1_1) in 2026-27, compared with $73.58 for weekday daytime.
Public holiday rates follow the Fair Work pay guides for the SCHADS Award: 250% of the minimum hourly rate for full-time and part-time employees and 275% for casuals. Public holiday dates are the gazetted NSW and VIC holidays. NDIS prices are from the Pricing Schedule 2026-27.
