When to use 01_252_0115_1_1

These rules are from the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26, version 1.1 (valid from 24 November 2025), which the NDIS pricing page (current as of 24 September 2026) still lists as the claiming guidance alongside the 2026-27 Pricing Schedule. The 2025-26 document describes the older STA structure (daily bundled items such as 01_058_0115_1_1), and lists numbers 01_200–01_205 as additional-hours items for 1:1 self-care on top of an STA day rate. The 2026-27 schedule reuses those numbers as the main hourly STA items, and splits STA into hourly support items by time of day, a sleepover item and daily accommodation items, so only the general rules below are sourced; check STA claiming with the NDIA until the 2026-27 guidance is published.
