ClaimedPer hour (part hours by time)
WhenWeekday evening: Mon–Fri, 8pm–midnight
  1. During the support, the participant shows frequent behaviours of concern that significantly affect their own or other people’s wellbeing and safety, needs intensive (frequent or daily) proactive strategies, skill development and response strategies (which may include restrictive practices), and may have other issues that make their behaviour support needs more complex.
  2. The provider must be implementing behaviour support under the participant’s interim or comprehensive behaviour support plan and be registered and assessed for Module 2A (Implementing Behaviour Support Plans), or have applied with a Module 2A audit by 30 June 2025. Plan-managed participants must use a provider who has completed Module 2A.
  3. The support is a weekday evening support: it starts at or after 8:00 pm and finishes at or before midnight on one weekday, and it is not a public holiday or a night-time sleepover.
  4. What decides the item is when the support is delivered to the participant, not the worker’s shift under their award or agreement. Work out the day first, then the time of day.

Providers can waive the fee or offer better terms. In the myplace portal, claim it against 04_451_0136_1_1 with the “Cancellation” option.
