Choose the therapist, how often you see them and how far they travel. The calculator applies the 2026-27 price limits and the NDIS travel rules to show the most a provider can charge each month and each year.
$252.99 an hour at the national rate (15_054_0128_1_3), $354.19 remote and $379.49 very remote, under the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27.
Yes. Travel time is claimed with the item's provider travel code at half the hourly price limit (for example $97.00 an hour for a speech pathologist). In MMM 1–3 areas up to 30 minutes of travel to the participant can be claimed, plus up to 30 minutes of return travel where the provider pays the worker for it; in MMM 4–5 the limit is 60 minutes. There is no limit in remote and very remote areas. A contribution of up to $0.99 per km for vehicle costs can be agreed.
Reports the NDIA asks for are claimed with the item's NDIA requested reports code (for example 15_054_0128_1_3_RR) at up to the hourly price limit.
Cost = price limit × time for each claim type in the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27: direct service, provider travel (the schedule’s travel price, half the hourly limit), telehealth, non-face-to-face and NDIA requested reports. Travel time to the participant and return travel to the usual place of business are each capped at 30 minutes in MMM 1–3 and 60 minutes in MMM 4–5 (return travel only where the provider pays the worker for it); there is no cap in MMM 6–7, where remote and very remote prices apply. Vehicle costs use the reasonable contribution of up to $0.99 per km in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements 2025-26 (current until the 2026-27 edition is published).
Figures checked 24 Oct 2026. Price limits are maximums: providers can charge less, and your plan and service agreement decide what you pay.
