Standard personal care on a public holiday is $163.46 an hour (01_012_0107_1_1); community access is $163.46 (04_102_0125_6_1), high intensity personal care $176.84 and a registered nurse $237.43.
To a support that starts at or after midnight at the start of the public holiday and ends by midnight at the end of it, unless it is a night-time sleepover. A sleepover on a public holiday uses the sleepover item, with any third or later active hour at the public holiday price.
No. Under the Pricing Arrangements, the weekly Supported Independent Living amount already includes an annualised uplift for public holidays, so there is no separate public holiday claim. Providers use either the weekly or the hourly SIL items, not both.
