NDIS Price Guide 2026-27

NDIS weekday evening rates 2026-27

Last updated 24 October 2026 · NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27 · By Sarah M., Support Coordinator
In short
  • The NDIS weekday evening rates for 2026-27 cover 29 items: 19 for disability support workers (Schedule 1 of the Pricing Schedule) and 10 for nurses (Schedule 3).
  • Standard personal care and community access are both $81.07 an hour (01_015_0107_1_1, 04_103_0125_6_1).
  • The weekday evening price limits run from $81.07 (01_015_0107_1_1) to $202.04 (01_625_0114_1_1). Standard personal care costs 10% more than on a weekday during the day ($73.58, 01_011_0107_1_1).
  • Price limits are the most a provider can charge NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants. Providers can charge less, and self-managing participants are not bound by price limits.

When weekday evening prices apply

  • A weekday evening support for a disability support worker: it starts at or after 8:00 pm and finishes at or before midnight on one weekday, and it is not a public holiday or a night-time sleepover.
  • A weekday evening support for a nurse: it starts at or after 12 noon on a weekday and finishes after 6:00 pm the same day, and the day is not a public holiday. These are the nursing time bands, which differ from the support worker bands.
  • What decides the item is when the support is delivered to the participant, not the worker’s shift under their award or agreement. Work out the day first, then the time of day.
  • If a support does not fit within one time band, claim it as two or more separate supports, one for each band. The exception: when the same worker delivers the whole support, the higher of the price limits applies to all of it, and the provider must discuss this billing with the participant.
  • A shift where the worker is allowed to sleep, that starts before midnight, finishes after midnight and runs for 8 hours or more is a night-time sleepover instead: see sleepover rates.
