NDIS Price Guide 2026-27

NDIS Saturday rates 2026-27

Last updated 24 October 2026 · NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27 · By Sarah M., Support Coordinator
In short
  • The NDIS Saturday rates for 2026-27 cover 29 items: 19 for disability support workers (Schedule 1 of the Pricing Schedule) and 10 for nurses (Schedule 3).
  • Standard personal care and community access are both $103.54 an hour (01_013_0107_1_1, 04_105_0125_6_1).
  • The Saturday price limits run from $103.54 (01_013_0107_1_1) to $261.50 (01_626_0114_1_1). Standard personal care costs 41% more than on a weekday during the day ($73.58, 01_011_0107_1_1).
  • Price limits are the most a provider can charge NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants. Providers can charge less, and self-managing participants are not bound by price limits.

When Saturday prices apply

  • For support workers and nurses alike, a Saturday support is any support that starts at or after midnight on the night before a Saturday and ends at or before midnight that Saturday, unless it is a public holiday or a night-time sleepover.
  • What decides the item is when the support is delivered to the participant, not the worker’s shift under their award or agreement. Work out the day first, then the time of day.
  • If a support does not fit within one time band, claim it as two or more separate supports, one for each band. The exception: when the same worker delivers the whole support, the higher of the price limits applies to all of it, and the provider must discuss this billing with the participant.
  • The Saturday price is also used for the third and later hours of active support during a weekday night-time sleepover (sleepover rates).

All 10 Saturday nursing items. Each nursing support is listed twice with the same price limits: once under Assistance with Daily Life (numbers starting 01_, a Core support) and once under Improved Daily Living (15_, Capacity Building). FAQs

What is the NDIS Saturday rate for 2026-27?

Standard personal care on a Saturday is $103.54 an hour (01_013_0107_1_1) and community access is $103.54 (04_105_0125_6_1). High intensity personal care is $112.01 and a registered nurse is $182.75.
